FAQs

How are you different from a regular trainer at a gym?

I am mum to three children juggling a job so I know how difficult it can be to find time for exercise and a healthy diet (especially if you love chocolate like me!) I am friendly with a focus towards each and every client.  I'm not a shouter!  I find I get the best out of people by encouraging and motivating them to achieving their goalsTo me being a fitness coach is about making a trusting relationship so I can make a positive difference in your every day life (however big or small). My passion comes from the positive impact that exercise and healthy living can have on ANYBODY.....any age, any sex and any level of underlying fitness!

What types of home fitness equipment do you recommend?

If I was to recommend one essential piece of gym equipment to bring into your home, I would suggest dumbbells or kettlebells. They are inexpensive, take up little room and are easily incorporated into your every day routine. You can some simple reps while watching your favourite tv shows!!

Do you charge extra for nutritional guidance and a diet plan?

Healthy eating goes hand in hand with fitness and exercise. A healthy balanced diet has a huge effect on all aspects of your life and this is something I am keen to promote. I recommend a brand ‘Arbonne’ further details can be given.

What types of classes do you run?

I run my own kettlebells class but at the moment I freelance and teach at various gyms and centres. My main classes include, aerobics, step, legs bums and tums, HiiT, kettlebells, Spin, core, circuits, boot camps, box fit, etc.

Do I have to be local to you to take part in your classes?

No!  My online classes will be continuing after my live classes return, so i'd love  for you to join me, wherever you are.
